Once I book online, what's the next step?

As soon as the booking has been made and paid for online, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a receipt for your payment (if the email is not received, please check your spam or junk folder).

Once the Energy Assessor has visited the property, typically, you will have your report within 24 hours of the property being assessed. You will be emailed when your EPC is ready for download (again, please check your spam folder), and a copy will also be placed on the government's EPC Register.

Does everyone need an EPC?

The EPC is required by law when a building is sold or put up for rent.

How long is my EPC valid for? 

The EPC is valid for 10 years.

How long does an EPC take? 

The inspection will take around 30-60 minutes.
